How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days, and express shipping takes 5–10 business days. We ship from our international fulfillment partner to the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and other markets.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Below that, standard shipping is $4.99–$9.99 depending on location.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking info to update.

What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at support@kittyfrenzy.com to start a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
